We collect and process personal data that arise when you download, register for, or use the GolfForeCast™ app.

• Phone number (for contact)

• Game start time

These data are processed only insofar as this is necessary to provide the app’s functions. Personal data will only be transmitted to the administrator while the user is logged in to the APP as an active player on the golf course.

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the app’s features (e.g., lightning alerts, Play suspension and Cancelation)
• To make users aware of possible dangers associated with severe weather
• to contact (by phone) players who do not respond to the app's warnings
